We are leaving tomorrow for Orlando. We will have a 2 day hopper pass. We are 50ish and want to hit the best attractions in all for parks plus want to see the Epcot light show,The electric parade and fireworks at WDW, Fantasmic all in 2 nights. I can't find the times for any of these. Is it possible to do this. How accessible is the monorail to move from park to park easily. Thanks You can email me the answers at shodgson@flex.net.

Thats going to be TOUGH....actually..impossible. Some of those shows are done at the same time (in different parks obviously)...and to travel from park to park (ESPECIALLY near closing time) is a real pain in the butt....

My suggestion...catch the EPCOT and Fantasmic shows...they are (in my opinion) the better ones.

A general rule of thumb is to allow 1 hour travel time between parks. That is, if you want to be at the studios at say, 9PM, start leaving MK at 8, catch a bus (which might be a wait), factor in travel time on the bus, then time to get through gates, then time to walk to Fantasmic. Then, if there is room, you can see the show! I just used the MK and studios as an example...the same holds true for all of the parks!

It sounds like you've never been to WDW before! Now goes almost once a week, and most of us are are very familiar with the layout, shortcuts, etc, and I doubt that any of us would try to "do" all of the parks in 2 days!!! I agree with him...just try to see one show a night! It can take an hour just to follow the crowds to the exit gates, and get on a bus/monorail after a show!

I would miss the parade, and go see Illuminations at Epcot one night, and on the other one, Fantasmic. You can hop from park to park during the day, but concentrate on spending your afternoon at the Studios if you want to make sure and get a place for Fantasmic. It is very worth it, so try to be there on time to get in the theater. For Epcot, you can come either by boat or monorail if you are coming from the Studios or MK (am I right?) and would probably be easier since the entrance by International Gateway is closer to the lagoon than the one from the main entrance coming by the monorail or bus.

Have a great trip!
