i Like the line when they say ..
"We may even have a little bit of excess (biodiesel) capacity we can sell into the market," I can see it now Golden arches gas stations!! Or they just pump up your tank while your in line getting your orders of fires...when your supose to be on a diet lol

Oh this is a good thing though...it disproves my theory of smelly gas!

Howe said the fuel would not smell of the company's food.
"If our trucks drove around the High Street and it smelt of our fries, what a Pavlovian effect, it would be fantastic but unfortunately it does not," he said.

They will find away though to make it smell...think of the synergy!! lol just kidding!

re: the amount of gas it uses- the cars are only gassed up once a day, and they can really run for about 2 days on a full tank. So we're not talking the same amount of gas it would take to drive your regular car 12+hrs/day.
Yes, but they also fuel up around 100 cars per day... not one.

This just in: new Indy Speedway cars to run on love, dreams, and wishes!

Actually, I've been on the HKDL Autopia, and I'm quite fond of the electric cars. Their "motors" are virtually silent, but the cars themselves make cool sound effects.

sorry but i have to add my two cents
for a living i work all day with exhaust gases.im an emissions specialist here in jersey.i work on cars and trucks. e85 does burn cleaner but it is less available still manu costs are higher because ther are alot less plants in the world producing it.frankly i cant see hybrids being cost effective. battery power not user efective but e85 would only need the carbs changed on exsisting cars and the smell would drop dramatically.if thier gonna go green its gonna be e85
