We are adventurous eaters... We paid for the regular DDP... We will have a car so location isn't an issue. Who has good lunch food and a good value?? We're typically not burgers & fries people :)

Here's a list of my already made ADRs so there's no confusion or repeats :)
Rose & crown
Cape may buffet (dinner)
House of blues gospel brunch
Kona cafe (dinner)
Olivias cafe
Jiko (sooo excited)
Tusker house (dinner)

I only get to Disney every few years so I may not be the best to ask, but I am an adventurous eater as well and am so excited about my ADRs! Here's what I have planned (copied for another post):

Day 1: Raglan Road for dinner
Day 2: Marrakesh for lunch (place holder for Marrakesh Candlelight Procession lunch)
Day 3: 'Ohana for early dinner
Day 4: Sanaa for lunch
Day 5: Be our Guest for QS lunch, Boma for dinner
Day 6: Mama Melrose for lunch (place holder for Mama Melrose Fantasmic lunch)
Day 7: Morimoto Asia for lunch

I am super excited for Morimoto Asia - at lunch it's only 1 TSC, so I think it's worth checking out.
I went to Kona when I was there 5 years ago and wasn't impressed :/

I know you're already going to Kona for dinner, but our favorite meal is a late breakfast at Kona (which you could consider brunch at 11am) of Tonga Toast and macadamia pineapple pancakes. We go to the MK early, get lots done before the crowds hit, and then take the monorail to brunch at Kona before returning to the park.

I second this. Kona has one of the best breakfasts on property.

I would smack my own grandma for the pineapple macadamia nut pancakes and a Kona Press pot.;)

@Master Yoda @JillC LI @hakunamatata ... Have any of you tried Ohana breakfast comparing to WCC breakfast?? I have Brunch on my brain now :) loll. Kona breakfast is very good but I wanted to give something else a try.
Had them both many times.

The food is the winner at Kona. The atmosphere wins at WCC if you are into that kind of thing.

Now there is nothing at all wrong with the food at WCC, there is just nothing all the unique about it at breakfast.

Kona bfast is wonderful! Dinner I always get sticky wings. However, the serving size gets smaller every year. I remember a big salad with 6-8 large chicken wings years ago. My how times change.
