All the Muppets are making accounts, perhaps? I could have rallied the fellowship of Disgruntled Disney Fans to try to influence the vote, but I'm just disgruntled not disingenuous.

Well, the Muppets are losing their theater, the least they can do now is support a fellow Muppet!

That said, I'm sure there's just a lot of voters who don't post much/are lurkers. My numbers definitely reflect the fact I'm new!

I think you're onto something with lurkers. I've always gotten the sense that we're a little more watched over here than we realize. And it certainly seems whenever new people hop in here, they've been observing for a bit.

There's definitely going to be great imagineers that don't make it in. That's really the point of a Hall of Fame though. Not everyone is allowed in on their first nomination. So they have to play the waiting game, it sometimes takes even the greatest of legends years to get in.

Yes indeed. It's sad and obvious that the alt accounts that are allowed to roam free in these parts and will have such a factor in determining the votes, but it is what it is

Usually we have 7 new HOFers per year. I had made it 5 since we didn't have as many new members this year, but with all the alt voting I'm okay opening it up to 7 again, because it's impossible to tell what is true and what isn't.

I think it will end up being 6 with the tie. There's a 5 way tie currently in the voting. So I don't think you have to change what you planned. Unless there's some shady business at the end with the voting.

Oh wow, I'm honored! I didn't think I was going to make it into the final roster. Thank you to everyone who voted for me! I'm hoping after the New Year is over I'll have a lot more free time to cook up some more Imagineering-related things.

i think i'm honored when i'm a part on the hall of fame, so hey i love it so thank you for this honor & being a part of the imagineering hall of fame ^^

(maybe i should had an avatar pic to celebrated with, since idk what pic i could pick on my avatar or what it could be)
