I think that it is rude of these past Imagineers to come out and say that the new Imagineers are ruining the parks! If that was the case then why where you fired! Yes budget cuts happen but if the company thought you where on top then you would not be sitting at home and complaining about how the park is messed up!

Do you realize this is their own blog? Do you know what a blog is? It is a place for people who own them to voice THEIR OPINIONS on whatever subject. They are entitled to write whatever they like on their own blog. Just like you have the right to voice your opinions on this message board. If you don't like it, don't read it. Don't say it is "rude" for them to voice their opinions because their opinions are different than yours. Please explain to me why they can't say whatever they want on their own blog. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid disnyfan89.

Maybe they think some of the new imagineers and the company have made a lot of mistakes. Some of the things they said I agree with some of the things they said I disagree with, my point is they can voice there displeasure with the company if they want. Just like I disagree with your opinion on what a blog should be and what it should say.

I think some of the things the new Imaginners have been stupid too but from what I can see on that blog there is nothing I agree with! I guess we will just have to agree to disagree!

I dont think it is a question of what you agree with, its more pf the fact that it is a blog, which the owner may write or say anything they feel like (unless of course it has anything like illegal drug trafficing :lookaroun).

Also you said it is ok to voice your opinion in a blog yet that they shouldnt use their blog as a tool to argue. But their writings and blogs (which happens to be about the declining imagination in DL) deal with their opinions on matters that they feel are important. So they are not trying to argue as you view it, merely share with the public what they think, as you are doing right now.

Ok let's get back to the discussion about the blog, not whether what he says is rude or not.

I think everyone is missing what this blog is. Its not a forum to pitch new ideas they have stated this several times. This is a blog to gather information about past mistakes and why they happened in the past. They want to prevent making the same mistakes all over again and prevent new mistakes. This is just a site to gather opinions and stories from people who are and have been involved throughout the years. This is not a Disney fan site to pitch ideas.

There's an interesting post today on what a lot of people have been talking about on these boards. The fact that more characters from Disney movies are appearing in attractions in tommorrowland, adventureland, and frontierland. I agree what the guy is saying especially when he says when will we have another Pirates or Haunted Mansion type of attraction.

The whole thing is just turning into another WDI rant board.

anybody check out the latest hissy fit about how test track is worthless? WOM/Horizons/SSE/Imagination/Peoplemover/HM -- how many of the same attraction types do we need? We all complain about Carpets/Dumbo/Rockets/Dino -- Same thing with WOM -- at least they tried to do something different

I think that entry was more focused on the sponsorship taking a larger role in the attraction than before.
