so sad to see the parks become so expensive but still have lack luster maintenance and cut ends. Apparently a lot of maintenance left during covid as they got better job opportunities and so the rookies were left with trying to fix everything. There's just an insurmountable amount of things that have to be maintained and not even workers to do it.

Or those pipes are 40 years old and no one knew it would pop. They've had many plumbing issues in that area over the years. Might have been the materials used at the time

Does anyone know if there was any downtime or more info. It could be on purpose. Some kind of fire line flushing or something. Odd for Disney to do that during the day, but maybe it was quick and backstage in their thoughts.

I’d just lean toward that with no other info popping up.

According to Blog Mickey it was closed at least through the afternoon. No idea if it reopened that evening or not.

ThrillData shows that it reopened around 5pm with wait time of 5 mins, then increasing to 20 before it normalized back to 5 for the rest of the night.
