yes it is true i am from Australia, the plan was do to 5 days in NYC, 3 days in Washington and the rest on property at WDW...

and as fate as had it, i've resigned from my job. well as of tomorrow (monday). Lets just say that i felt that my only option was to resign...

and now the trip is back on... YAY...

Smart choice.

I have a 4 week holiday coming up in Dec and my bosses didn't have an issue and if they did well I would be outta there so fast - lol.
I love my job so it's cool there ok with it as then 9 months later I have another 4 week vacation. After that I'll have no holiday leave left. All well.

Getting paid while at Disney...it's brilliant. lol

Be Thankful

You should be thankful that you get 11 days off! Some people only get a week's vacation. Get over it.:shrug:

I'm a Florida resident and have never been to Disney for more than a long weekend...however the long weekends are frequent since I am so close.

The first year of my job I only had three days personal days... I somehow made it to Disney at least 3 times this year. :lookaroun

It already seems that you quit your job...best of luck finding a new (Disney-centric) one! :wave:
