okay for you guys that dont know im runing the Liz hurley ribbon run tomorrow monring..
when i saw this run , this year i was determined to do it .. bc of the fact i was runing now.. and My grandmother died in 07 , of not breast cancer . but a form of cancer so im not look at as just breast cancer.. so ill post updates when i get home tommorow , i went and picked up my packet today it was werid , bc this race is bigger than the race i did on labor day , ( prob. bc its mostly women.. ) but tommorrow after i post up dates , i post little info on Liz hurely who the race is named . -
live for the moment , and run hard..

fall weather has finally arrived in north alabama.. lol.. bc today at race time it was near 36 and near 46 near the end of the race.. man was it cold , but it was beautiful.. , the course was hilly and flat and fast on some parts.. ,
the couse wound though beatufil down town huntsville. , which i can say some parts are so hilly i was about to give up.. bc at one point i came around the corner , i was thinking is this course ever going to end.. it was like the course that never ended.. , but i enjoyed it.. ( the thing i like about runing races in hunstville , and fleet feet ) is the pace timing at the mid way point.. , bc this time i hit it at 14 something.. so i was like alreight i got this .. , but by mile two to the end of mile 2 my legs started getting funky.. , im like crap.. so i kinda sl;owed to a jog , but not a walk.. bc i found it easier to slow to a jog instead of a walk bc it helps with Momentum.. so i did that.. and then then i caought my second wind.. --- thankfully.. i crossed the line at 22.40.. could had been 22. 39 if i would have sprinted down the strech , but i didnt care .. bc i beat my time of 27:20 , from june.. in the chick0fila
, the crowd was awesome.. People really get behind this race.. , it was so much fun.. -- the guy runing beside me , i look over . bc the crowd on the side walk is taking pics and laughing , i look over and there is a guy runing in a full pink body suit , face coverd and everything in a tutto.. , dad told me , hes like he was a distraction bc we didnt get a pic of you crossing the finish line , bc you were behind him.. lol.. , dad did say one kid came across the finish line and lost it!.... ( just like your power aid story from tot joel.. ) oh i finsihed 97th out of a 1, 000 men!
