So I was finally able to pull it off. I am going for my birthday 10/24. My trip will be 10/23-10/26. Short but oh so sweet. Free dining, Food and Wine Festival and a MNSSHP. I am going to be in heaven overload. I can't wait.

You can. City Hall has a bin outside and just tell them what you want and they give it to you.
