Illuminations: We Go On...my anthem

isn't it amazing how a song from disney will affect you? After hearing We Go On for the first time, all i could do was think about getting the cd, then for a month straight i think that's about all I listened to!

Songs and music at Disney are a major part of the magic! :sohappy:

That's the biggest difference between Illuminations and Wishes. Illuminations has a great score, wishes has a crappy score.

i didn't really like wishes, but that could have been because we were never able to watch it from main street, so we never had a great view

The show is simply amazing. Hands down the best on property IMHO. I wonder if it could be Epcot's SpectroMagic. I remember as a kid absolutely hating the old Illuminations. We NEVER stayed to see it b/c both my sister and I thought it was very boring. However, so many children I've talked to really like this one (in addition to just about every adult I talk to). Granted, I think it can use updating and new sequences and what not, but I think the show as it is along with the score is simply fantastic and could be a classic for years to come.

well, wishes is more of 'fantasy' which is the MK's theme... it makes more sense at the MK. i don't think that the Illuminations score would make sense at all at MK, but it fits perfect to Epcot!
