Illuminations soundtrack help.

I love the music to Illuminations and would love to purchase it especially since it's going away soon. I found one cd on amazon but at 100 bucks it's a bit pricey. Has anyone found it elsewhere for a little cheaper?

I bought it at World of Disney in Disney Springs about 5 years ago. Don't know if they still sell it. It was part of a 5-CD set of music in the parks, and ran about $40. They may still sell them in the parks too, as I found Rivers of Light and Happily Ever After (didn't buy this one as I don't really like the music) in their respective parks this past July. The disc you show in your link is part of that 5-CD set, if you can find it. It was called Walt Disney World Music, and the box is a dark blue, and the word music is an M with some music notation symbols around it.

I have the CD you linked from Amazon but I bought it in the parks years ago, but it’s the official one! I just googled the generic “Disney Illuminations CD” and see the same CD on some Disney merch sites (not big retailers) that may be legit. Under $30.

Not to sidetrack the thread, but Disney really needs to do a better job with their digital music presence. They should really be publishing park music and whatnot on Spotify and other services. I have a playlist cobbled together that includes the IllumiNations preshow music, but I can't get the show itself anywhere other than YouTube.

I just checked the shop disney app it was $19.99 but, shows no place on property of it being sold..But, that seems strange for just a CD to be sold out property wide..

Is the Reflections of Earth track from the Millennium Celebration CD the same audio as the current show? It's only $4 on Amazon and I believe you can just rearrange the tracks.

I just checked the shop disney app it was $19.99 but, shows no place on property of it being sold..But, that seems strange for just a CD to be sold out property wide..

the app is useless, the locating feature doesnt work at all anymore. the cd is in several locations around epcot, though not in mousegear oddly enough. or wasnt last i checked.

There are two versions:

• Illuminations: Reflections of Earth / Tapestry of Dreams
• Millennium Celebration / Tapestry of Nations

The latter doesn't have the kids talking over it.

It has Reflections of Earth / Promise / We Go On in addition to the 20+ minute postlude, Tapestry of Nations, they play afterward. (Kids do not talk over this version.)

I grabbed the original 1999 release for $15 and 2001 for $18 recently from ebay about 3 weeks ago. The 1999 one was even still in the original wrapping with the price tag and all! If you want to search around, ebay is a great alternative to Amazon (especially when the 20% coupons happen). I tried getting it in the parks since I'd rather give the money to the real source but it's not available anywhere, I checked in several places with several CMs.

Seriously, I started Dreams and 5 minutes in I stopped it. Just sticking with the Nations version from here on out.
