Well that's really convincing.
My thoughts on this:
1. The New York Post is quasi-tabloid thinking it's real news, I wouldn't trust anything in it to actually be true.
2. The fact that the author said Bob Costas was in the running makes it even less reliable...there is no way they would hire him as he is in no way qualified.
3. Iger runs a multi billion dollar corporation that has crushed the S&P 500 the past decade and is the parent company of one of the most successful brands in all of sports. Also most people regard him as a "likeable guy" unlike most corporate execs (especially Bud Selig). That being said I doubt he'd be interested, why open up a can of huge headaches and commit yourself to a long term gig like that in your 60's when you're already retiring from a gig like that?
