If I were CEO I would do the following;
* Note - Since WDW is the only Disney Theme Park I have visited, I will only comment on WDW, Walt Disney Company & future sites (no DL, DLP, etc.)

1) I would launch a massive "Re-Invention" Project.
a) This would include renovations of all parks which includes the "filling of gaps" in the parks (20,000 Leagues site, Timekeeper Site, etc.
b) This would also include the renovations of the resorts. I feel that most resorts do not need it, but an "extra coat of paint" wouldn't hurt.
c) I would veto & stop any & all planning of a 5th Theme park. Although in about 10 years when my WDW is ready for a 5th park, it would be park like Tokyo Disney Sea.... Floridian Disney Sea.
d) Utilize the existing Discover Island as a Honeymoon Resort named Paradise Island. Note - Paradise Island would be available to newly weds & 25th & 50th anniversary couples. No children allowed (that's only common sense).
i) A new 100' Cruise Boat would be launched. The new boat would provide narrated Lunch & Dinner cruises of Seven Seas Lagoon & Bay Lake... available only to Paradise Island guests. The boat would have privat rooms for each couple with a full service restaurant & bar. On special nights, Paradise Cruises would be launched for an evening of Dancing, Drinking, & Romance!!
e) I would build a 4th Water Park with an Atlantis Theme - "Atlantis: The Lost Waterpark" or something to that effect.
f) I would commission Architect Michael Graves to design a facade for the Contemporary Resort to match the existing Convention Center... Note - this would not structurally change the building (sort of like the 25th Anniversary Birthday Cake).
g) I would limit the Character Greeting Areas to two (2) per park & they cannot be used to "cover-up" old attractions.
h) I would construct a new Disney Resort named Disney's American Adventure at one of the following locations; Chicago, Philadelphia, or Boston.

2) I would launch a new "Transportation System Upgrade"
a) The entire Walt Disney World Transportation system would be renamed the WED-Way Transportation System. This includes Monorails, Buses, & Boats.
b) The existing Ticket & Transportation Center would be demolished & a new TTC would be constructed. The new TTC would be larger & have the ability to accomodate two (2) additional Monorail Lines.
c) A new Transportation Hub would be built near the Epcot Parking Lot & named the WED-Way Transportation Center (WWTC).
d) The existing Monorail System would be split into six (6) lines; Magic Kingdom Line, Shuttle Line, Epcot Line, Animal Kingdom Line, Downtown Disney Line, & Disney-MGM Studios Line.
e) The exisiting Magic Kingdom Line would be expanded to include Wilderness Lodge.
e) The existing Epcot Monorail Line would be utilized as the new Shuttle Line providing monorail service from the Magic Kingdom to the new WED-Way Transportation Center (WWTC) located near Epcot.
f) A new Epcot system would service Epcot, Yacht & Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan & Dolphin, & Carribean Beach. This line would have the same double line as the current Magic Kingdom Line does (express & local). This line will originate out of the WWTC.
g) A new Disney-MGM Studios Monorail Line would run from the WWTC to Disney-MGM Studios... boat service to this park would remain.
h) A new "Jungle-Themed" Monorail would run the service from Animal Kingdom to WWTC and then to TTC.
i) A new Downtown Disney Monorail Line would run from Downtown Disney to the WWTC and then to the TTC as the AK Line does.
j) A new large version of the Tommoroland Transit Authority would service all non-monorail resorts; Port Orleans, Coronado Springs, All-Stars, & Fort Wilderness. These light rail lines would be seperate and run into a station under the WWTC. Guests would then disembark & continue to their final destination via monorail.
k) All monorails would be upgraded & high-volume monorails would be upgraded to Double-Deck Monorails.
l) All buses would be drastically reduced & as early as 2 years after the opening of the WED-Way Transportation system, all buses will be removed.

3) Walt Disney Company
a) I would cease purchases of cable companies unless they are used to match the AOL-Time Warner Monopoly.
b) I would stop the construction & planning of future International Disney Theme park sites. I feel that Disney has a very powerful name & outreach across the world. There is no need to add anymore parks. Instead, I would build up the existing parks with new parks & resorts to make them "Vacation Destinations" much like WDW is although on a smaller scale.
c) I would stop non-Disney related ventures such as Internet Ventures (Go Network), Sport Ventures (Wide World of Sports), and other ventures which do not concern Disney.
d) I would hire a new Attorney Department. Disney has been losing too many embarrasing law-suits. F. Lee Bailey would become Disney's Chief Lawyer.
e) During my Annual Report to the Shareholders, I would disclose our plans for the next year (new parks, rides, resorts, etc.) I feel that shareholders are part of the company and have a right to know things like that.
