If you were in charge what punishments would you give for 'crimes' within the parks

Ok you've been put in charge of Disney World and your first order of the new regime is to implement a new strict code of conduct for visitors. Being tough on perceived 'crimes' within the parks is essential, so bearing this in mind what punishments would you orchestrate to flush out the annoying guest elements?

President Mergatroid would instigate the following :drevil:

# Talking whilst shows are on would result in immediate eviction from the park.

# Hovering over guests in food courts still eating their meals would result in being doused in ice cold beverly by specially designated cast members and removal of unused fast passes.

# Use of flash photography where instructed not to do so would result in said camera being confiscated and passed to Officer Jimmy Thick to break (he's experienced in these matters)

# Not using deodorant would result in being dragged to a water area where you'd be hosed down before being made to wear a t shirt proclaiming "Mickey doesn't like smelly people"

I think we'd all agree that these subtle measures would help to make 'the happiest place on earth' a much more pleasurable experience for law abiding citizens, but feel free to add more 'rules & penalties' to improve the parks :animwink:

I was thinking real crimes. Like if someone took a rock and chucked it at one of the dolls in Small World or Pirates. To me, that is automatic eviction not to mention charged with destruction of property. Then a ban from the park.

Streaking gets you tossed and banned too.

I'd throw anyone who cuts in line out of the park and deduct the day from their pass.

I'd take cameras, phones or light up toys used in dark rides and allow them to be picked up at package delivery. Every single time.

Extreme Dress code common sense violations- sent back to your room with a Park Mom to dress you.

Brazilian Tour groups with rowdie children- British Nannies for the rest of the trip

People concerned with other people's lives/reasons for using GAC- A day in the life of a disabled person at the park, including pain shots, leg immobilizers to simulate difficulties walking, etc

Parents who suddenly lost the ability to drive their strollers- confiscation of stroller with free candy for their kids

Grown adults who stand in front of children for parades- knees knocked out :)

Cell talkers/flash photographers in rides- locked in IASW for 8hrs

People complaining about bus lines after leaving parks at peak closing time- back of the line, completely back of line, and sugar given to their kids

Parents who wait until their turn to board bus before attempting to collapse the stroller they suddenly forgot how to collapse- back of the line with sugar given to their children.

Drivers who can't figure out the very simple parking procedures at the parks- sent to a back, far away parking lot with no tram

*Must deposit all technology before entering the parks, you're supposed to be in a world of Fantasy, not reality.

Depends on which gender is doing the streaking. Females would receive a free day at the park of their coice. Males would lose a day on their passes.

On a srius note last January the MK was open til 3AM on New Years Day. This was fantastic as the park was not th eleast bit crowded..however as my Girlfriend and Daughter(17) ws waiting outside the Philharmonic to see the show...a group of 4 Teenagers Im guessing 14-16 years old were being quite obnoxius..to the point one of them took several sets of the 3D glasses dropped them on the ground and stomped on them. I was biting my tounge the whole time until that incident...the only CM there "ignored" what was going on as he was'nt (I dont mean this in a bad way) apparently confident he could deal with the situation. I broke my on cardinal rule of not interfereing and confronted the obnoxius youths, I simply got in the kids face and told him that if he couldnt respect the people here and the kids that were present Id personally see him and his 3 friends escourted from the park..I additionally told him this would put his family at risk from being evicted from their resort. The kid mouthed off that I was in his personal space...at which point another "dad" stepped in and told him that more than his personal space could get violated if he didnt respect Disney and the kids present. They settled down and we didnt hear anything further. My girlfriend asked the Cm to go get security but ht ekid seemed confused at best...at any rate..not an everyday occurance...but people dont realize that you can in fact have your tickets invalidated and be evicted from Disney for misbehavior

1. Use of flash photography - Offender to be locked in a small dark room and the flash set off repeatedly in their face for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Use of cell phone/walkie talkie during an attraction - Offender and device to be dealt with by Crazy Harry the Muppet.
3. People gnawing on turkey legs like barbarians while roaming the park - Leg to be inserted in another orifice.
4. "Narrating" attractions or just talking during them in general - Boot to the head and some strong duct tape.:zipit:
5. Use of any blinky device, or camera that doesn't have a viewfinder, in a dark place - See punishment for #1.
6. Saying "Let's go see The American Idol Experience!" - Immediate ejection from the Parks (this applies to Lights, Motors, Action!, too).
7. Stopping for no apparent reason/constantly running into people with a stroller - Death by stroller mob.

I saw a guy in his 30's punch a 70 year old grandfather...

the grandfather threw his forearm out to block the 30 year old father (who had a child on his shoulders) as he pushed through the end of the night crowd in MK to get onto the ferry. He literally pushed through 30 people and this grandfather just said NO... and wow, what a commotion came from that.
