If you lived in a park?

I would make Epcot my home for several reasons:

1. Unlimited international beverages & cuisine at my disposal.
2. This little thing called Soarin'
3. Best theme-park atmosphere music
4. Wine from around the world
5. Would have roomates from Mexico, China, Morocco, France, Italy...
6. Who wouldn't want to see Reflections Of Earth every night before bed?
7. Did I mention the international food & booze?
8. Spaceship Earth lit up at night is just gorgeous.
9. The park does NOT have Stitch's Great Escape
10. Could sleep in a different country whenever I wanted.

yup. I love MK, but EPCOT would be the place to live.

Its tough, because i love Mk attractions, but not the park as a whole. Epcot is perfect, food, bevvies, countries, future world, but i would have to be able to sleep in SSE in the 70's family room. If not there, then a suite should be built in DHS ToT, now that would be a thrill. DHS has the attractions, shows, rides, and I could live in Hollywood style.

DHS of course. It's the only place with a hotel. :ROFLOL:

In all seriousness, I'd pick Epcot. I'd probably sleep in England, and stay away from SSE when it's too late at night...the figures inside would be way too creepy that late at night!

WondersOfLife

Blink, blink. Breathe, breathe. Day in, day out.
Which one would it be?

My pick would be Epcot. Even though I have been there many times before nothing gets bored (except the Living Seas they need to update again without Nemo and Friends and Innovations). I love walking around World Showcase listening to the music.

I would've loved to live in EPCOT back in 1989 when WOL opened, I'd live in the pavilion and there are so many dark rides! I am a dark ride fanatic :D

But today, I'd rather live in Magic Kingdom, now that MK even has more dark rides then EPCOT. I'd live in the crystal palace :slurp:

I would have to say Magic Kingdom! I would not only live there, but make it my own 'world' and re-design a few attractions so they would fit properly into their land!

Imagine the money you could make from having visitors to your 'home' 10,000 X $87.33=$873,300.00 PER DAY! Now that would give you the money to survive this economy!:ROFLOL:

Lived in a Park

If I lived in a park it would have to be the Magic Kingdon, no other will do. Just to many opportunities for magical moments everywhere you look. Of course, that is even without Toontown or any refernce to Roger Rabbit.

either magic Kingdom or Hollywood studios. I love the theming of both. I like AK's theming but it's too damn muggy at that park lol

True, but on the other hand, on sunny days, there's lots of shade at AK. The last time I visited WDW, there were a couple of days when the sun was really beating down. I hopped a bus to AK and strolled through it, and man, what a relief! Lots of trees and shade everywhere. Very very nice.

But I still wouldn't want to live there. I'd want to live at the Magic Kingdom. IN the castle. IN that special room. Imagine looking out the window at night at the rest of the World, when it's all lit up, with maybe the Spectromagic parade winding through the streets...:sohappy:

On the other hand, I bet those "Wishes" fireworks would get PRETTY loud if you live up in one of the Castle's towers...:hammer:

We forgot to mention the most practical reason for choosing to live inside Epcot: If ever there was a catastrophic food-shortage, we could grow our own food at The Land, and catch our own fish in The Seas. Chew on that, MKer's. :animwink:

As a vegetarian, I could NEVER kill those fishies or other critters at The Seas! ;). I could, however, go with the plant growing at The Land (but NOT the "fish harvesting" in the aquaculture room!)

To answer the poll, I would pick Disneyland! ;)

But if only the WDW parks count, I would have to pick MK, as it's my favorite at WDW and offers the biggest escape from reality into a world of Fantasy.

Of course, the loss of Toontown is a major blow for my taste, as I always thought sleeping in Mickey's House would be the ideal place to crash at the MK if you could sleep/live in an attraction. Another fun place to sleep/live would be the Swiss Family Treehouse, at least in winter. The lack of AC would be a big problem in the summer.

Of course, the Castle would be an obvious choice, and also it would be neat to have a little apartment up on the hill in the old FL skyway building.
