Not sure if in that ride but I was shocked to hear part of the song very lightly being played towards the end of the TTA (just the tume not with the words). The weird thing is my husband and I rode it like a month ago 3 times in a row and we heard it only 2 out of the 3 times. We used to love that ride and I knew the song from this video he has of it. When it came on we just looked at eachother at the same time with this "it can't be?" look on our faces. We have been to Disney many times and never noticed it.

That's part of the BGM loop in Tomorrowland. It also includes the old "The Best Time Of Your Life" music from CoP. I love to sit on one of the benches between the Lunching Pad and Space Mountain and listen to it for several minutes.

This website Widen Your World explains about the attraction http://home.cfl.rr.com/omniluxe/iyhw-main.htm. But, I don't think there is any reference to it..If you ask me if they wanted to do a homage they should add the song to the Soarin que..

I knew it! I knew those chickens were from Dreamflight! I thought they seemed so out of place. How long ago were they repainted? I was there on my birthday (Sept. 9), and they still looked yellow to me... unless 'space green' is like a neon green, then maybe I did see the new color.
My mom didn't believe me about the chickens... :lol: Dreamflight was one of her favorites.

I didn't realize that the whole track was the same! cleaver money saving technique! I new that the warp tunnel was the same tunnel they used for the flying through the clouds during dreamflight! I miss that ride so much! It was my favorite attraction as a kid! I request the audio from it every night on dtuneslive.com!

When I saw the title of this thread it looked interesting because I thought it was about one of my favorite foods, Buffalo wings.
Around here 'Buffalo Wild Wings' has the best ones.
The ones at 'Wings N' More' are good and also 'Wing Stop'.
The wings at Hooters aren't very good.
