I did not get my Collectible 10-page companion guide that comes with the The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe
Four-Disc Extended Edition DVD. I also have heard that many others have not got this companion guide as well. Plus if you get the gift set you should be getting some other stuff as well like a Certificate.
Anyways I have not heard about anyone on the wdwmagic having a problem with this, but since there are so many members and lurkers here and since this The Chronicles of Narnia dvd edition is such a big hit with fans I figured that there is a good chance that some people who read here did not get some stuff they should be getting if they ordered the 4 disc set by itself or if they ordered the gift box set with the 4 disc set and other stuff.
So I will tell you what I did and I hope this will help
I called this toll free number 1-800-723-4763. This is the number that Disney puts on their dvd disc. I talked to a cast member about the problem and she said she will mail me my 10-page companion guide, since I never got mine :sohappy: Disney knows about this problem and they will be more than happy to fix the problem for you I hope this helps :wave:
