If you could sponsor one ride

Spaceship Earth.

Not even really to change anything (although I'd definitely work on the ending...) but just to be able to go to the lounges and walk through the ride.

Splash Mountain. My company would keep it in great condition and the perception of the company would have to be improved if it was associated with that ride.

I would sponsor the Journey into Imagination. I would bring the origional ride fully back and have some really modernized attractions to do after you come off the ride. I then would go and create a totally new movie experiance where Captain EO currently sits. I would also heavily maintence the building and making the jumping fountain do a few more stunts. To me this experince should be mind blowing, creative fun and most of all down right enjoyable like it once was.

New Horizons.
Just what I was thinking. I wish I could love this post. I must admit your name is better than mine, "Horizons II: Let's Take an Optimistic Look at Various Futures and Whatnot after We Toured our Historic Visions of the Future: If you Thought the Original Was Awesome This One Will Blow Your Figurative Socks Off into Orbit and Whatnot."

Death to the carnival!

Soaring! It would always have a clean screen. Digital projection and latest surround effects to make it the most realistic ride of its type. 3D but only if done right.

To be fair, your name is the one Disney most likely would use.

None. Disney has enough money to fund their own rides. I'm not about to enable the penny pinching practises that have contributed to the ruination of Epcot.

I think you should bone up on Disney history. If Disney didn't seek corporate sponsors while planning /building Disneyland, MK & Epcot they might never have happened.

I would sponsor The Seas pavilion, give Nemo and his friends the boot (possibly sending them to either MK or DHS), and design an updated version of The Living Seas which would include the Hydrolators and a newly revamped Seabase Alpha.

2nd choice: I wold sponsor Mission: Space and partner with NASA to expand the pavilion to not only include the ride, but also exhibits and features looking at the evolution of space travel from the past, continuing through the present, and concluding with a look at how space travel might be in the future.

either Spaceship Earth, the reinstall the Irons version in full!

or

The Norway Pavilion, to keep it from becoming the Princess Pavilion. new movie, oust the princesses out of akershus and the list goes on.

I'd sponsor Journey Into Imagination and add a "Hall of Memories". Dreamfinder and Figment now have a few houseguests: Buzzy, General Knowledge, the 20K Silly Sea Serpent, the ExtraTERRORestrial alien, Mr. Toad, Star Tours' Captain Rex, Bonnie Appetit, Fud Rapper.

They all join in to sing "One Little Spark" together as the ride vehicles move towards the exit.
