Just one?! I don't I think I can pick just one with so many TS restaurants on my bucket list! I'd have to pick what I'm craving at that moment. So it would either be Boma, Rose and Crown, Biergarten, 50s Prime Time Cafe or Raglan Road.

It kind of depends on your itenerary. Where are you going to be the day of the meal? Here are my suggestions some were hard to decide over the runnerups though.

Magic Kingdom - Be Our Guest (It really was delicious, If you don't believe me, as the dishes)
Epcot - Tepin Edo - Japan Pavilion
Hollywood Studios - Mama Melrose (Havn't tried Brown Derby yet)
Animal Kingdom - Yak and Yeti
Resort - Ohana Dinner with Lapu Lapus (Though Boma was a very close second if not tie)
Downtown Disney - House of Blues
Dinnershow - Mickey's Backyard BBQ was great fun
Character Dining - Tusker House

If I could only pick one it would have to be Le Cellier.

Others I would consider are Be Our Guest, Hoop-Dee-Doo, Boma, and Teppan Edo. I have never tried California Grill or Hollywood Brown Derby but have a feeling both would excellent picks as well.

Narcoossee!!!! Make an ADR about an hour before Wishes, and take a drink outside to the dock and watch. The music is piped in. Amazing food as well. We just ate there last week for the third time (first with kids, 10 and 8), and even they cant wait to go back. We have a late evening ADR the night of a Halloween party in October so we can watch Hallowishes from there!
