If you could choose the location of the next park, where would you put it?

One in Zimbabwe.

So, I don't think a third world country would work.

If Disney was to build another park somewhere, they would try to build it as close to the same size as WDW, as opposed to Disneyland.

Unfortunately, that would cost a lot of money for them to do, and they would want to try to recoup it as fast as possible.

To do that, they would probably try to keep ticket prices around where they are at most of the parks currently, and if you do that in a third world country, most, if not all of the people would not be able to afford to go!

I think even that would be too far north. Fiesta Texas, even in San Antonio, closes down for winter months.

Perhaps in the triangle formed by Harlingen, Corpus and Laredo would be a better choice for climate, and cheap labor, too. There's nothing down there but ranches and oilfields.

True, that could work too!

Hurricanes would be a concern though, although Florida sees its share of hurricanes!
