Who's Alec Tronic? Where's he from?

Alec Tronic was the host of the "Eclectronics" show (how animatronics work) back during the glory days of Innoventions. He was more or less the MC of Innoventions, along with Bill Nye.

He was voiced by Bill Farmer (aka Goofy), and is most notable for doing Beavis and Butthead impressions as well as his Presidential Rap.
