If you could ask an Imagineer anything...

He's obviously talking about their recent additions, not attractions from nearly 2 decades ago. Sit your sassy self down.

Edit: Also let me add at Walt Disney World has the biggest collection of crappy attractions out of any resort:

Tomorrowland Speedway
Stitch's Great Escape
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
Universe of Energy
Mission: SPACE
Soarin'
Triceratops Spin
Primeval Whirl
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage
The Voyage of the Little Mermaid
The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Goofy's Barnstormer
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor
Innoventions
Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show

Now gone but not forgotten:
Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management
Journey into YOUR Imagination
Test Track 1.0
Pocahontas and Her Forest Friends
Pooh's Playful Spot
Toon Town Fair
Dinosaur Jubilee

Do you like anything in disney world lol?

Disney Paris has much less, they have rock n roller coaster, a crappy scaled down Star Tours, they also have lights action motor show.. theres barely any rides that are different / better. even pirates is worse in paris.

Our Version of Pirates is the worst of them all (ours being the shortest and lowest budget of the 4), if you think otherwise than you are insane. I do like parts of WALT Disney World, but unlike you I know the difference between a good attraction and a bad attraction. Some of us actually experienced Disney when quality was still a thing.

Not everything can be an E-ticket or an immersive dark ride. Please define why you think these attractions are "crappy".

OK:
Tomorrowland Speedway - Quite possibly the worst version of the Autopia in the world due to lack of scenery and interesting track layout.
Stitch's Great Escape - Arguably the worst Disney theme park attraction ever produced.
Journey Into Imagination With Figment - A mockery of it's predecessors (one of which was an E-ticket)
Universe of Energy - Has not been updated since 1996 and a majority of it's AA's are no longer functioning.
Mission: SPACE - Low budget attempt at an E-Ticket that lacks themeing and in general is a lackluster experience.
Soarin' - See Mission: SPACE
Triceratops Spin - Carnival ride meant to pad the attraction list
Primeval Whirl - Carnival ride, Arguably the worst Disney theme park attraction ever produced
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin - Low budget attraction that is dirty and extremely outdated (even when it opened in 1998)
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin - Carnival ride
Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage - Almost exact same show for 25 years and is extremely outdated
The Voyage of the Little Mermaid - Almost exact same show for 25 years and is extremely outdated
The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - Extremely short and lackluster
Goofy's Barnstormer - Kiddie coaster that lacks themeing, Flight of the Hippogriff at Universal is an example of how to do it right.
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor - forgettable experience that is meant to pad the attraction list
Innoventions - Almost nothing left and is a shell of it's former self
Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show - forgettable experience that again is lackluster and takes an hour to experience

Now gone but not forgotten:
Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management - Arguably the worst Disney theme park attraction ever produced
Journey into YOUR Imagination - Arguably the worst Disney theme park attraction ever produced
Test Track 1.0 - a ride through almost nothing but a warehouse.
Pocahontas and Her Forest Friends - an obviously temporary show meant to pad the attraction list
Pooh's Playful Spot - meant to pad the attraction list
Toon Town Fair - badly themed area that lacked attractions and purpose other than Meet and greet land
Dinosaur Jubilee - meant to pad the attraction list

On most of your points regarding Epcot attractions, I agree with you-there are way too many empty spaces and semi-abandoned attractions. However, on alot of the items you mentioned, your opinion is obviously coming from an adult point of view. While you may find the "carnival" or "kiddie" type rides unnecessary, they can be the perfect type of ride for young children who may not be big enough to experience the thrill rides or E ticket attractions. Alot of people complain that WDW does not have enough thrill rides, not enough extended dark rides, not enough E tickets. Disney cannot cater to one segment of the population with their theme parks-they have to have something for everyone to be able to bring more paying customers into the parks. Does Disney need to invest time & money into WDW? Are there attractions that need to be updated/replaced? Absolutely. But you can't have a park full of multi-million dollar attractions that not everyone would enjoy. BTW, rides like Dumbo and Astro Orbiter are "carnival" rides, but didn't list them. Why?

Because Astro Orbiter and Dumbo have more of a purpose for existing. Also you seem to misunderstand me, I am all for rides and attractions for younger kids but they need to be well themed and executed. All of the attractions I listed lack good execution (at least to the standard I was taught to hold them to). Not every attraction can be an E-Ticket but you can make something small spectacular with simple attention to detail like the recent update to Gran Fiesta Tour.
