If WDW needs capacity-eaters... what would you want to see?

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems tracked rides take up less space for the ride vehicles than trackless?

I'd like to see some more paid performers in the park. Juggling or magic or whatever.

Agreed. Disney World has cut all of this WAYYYY down. Just at Magic Kingdom they have cut -
Citizens of Main Street
Banjo Brothers
Storybook Circus Juggler
Muppets
Pirate Tutorial show
Merlin the Magician
Saxophone quartet

Over at Hollywood Studios they used to have juggling bellhops, Jack Diamond the magician, Hollywood public works comedy, citizens of Hollywood, mulch sweat and shears band.

Epcot used to have acrobats in future world, chair stacker in France, world showcase players.
