If there was ever to be a 5th gate, what would it be?

There's absolutely no reason for a 5th gate. Anything new can be easily integrated into the theming of the 4 parks we have already. Disney villains? Add an extension to the Magic Kingdom. A "thrill park"? Just add thrill rides where appropriate to the existing parks (not to mention that a park for only teenagers and people with good hearts and backs goes against everything Disney parks should stand for)

There's no theme I can think of that couldn't find a home already. We already have some overlap with Adventureland/Animal Kingdom and Tomorrowland/Epcot-FutureWorld. Any new "modern" properties or movies (like Marvel comics) can easily fit into DHS.

Plus, it would just add travel time and more stress about "seeing it all" on every trip. 4 parks is almost too much where I feel like I spend too much time at one, I'm missing out on something at one of the others.

I don't think there's any room for a marvel expansion type ride in DHS. there's really no room. And don't say the backlot tour area.

The only place I can think is near Rnrc in that parking lot but it wouldn't fit the 1940's theme. The other idea is knocking down the toll plaza off world drive and expand ftha park so it would surround it's parking lot. Are those the places you are referring to?

I would like to see one of the two water parks expand into a 5th gate. This could be done with expansion of the water park, adding a Sea World type area with dolfin type show, and a ride section based on the sea. This would expand the one water park into a multi-day park and WDW would still have one water park only.

Personally I'd sooner see a third water park than a 5th gate, BB and TL fill to capacity incredibly quickly during the hotter times of the year, especially given the relatively small size of BB

i know , I know...

Henry Potter Land.. no wait.. that won't work.. because no one will come..

( that's exactly what the posters here said would happen)..

except for the people waiting up to 6 hours for it some place else..

hmmm.. maybe the Disney bean counters needs to read a Be Like Walt Disney Book and then come up with something to remove the egg from their faces..

isn't time for Disney to be FIRST AGAIN with some thing instead of second or behind?
