Adventureland - the Tiki birds go crazy and peck everybody to death.

Adventureland. The combined armory of the pirates as well as the soldiers from the Castillo del Moro could make quick work of the other lands. The Swiss Family Robinson was also pretty handy with improvised weapons - I envision them providing overwatch from their tree, as well as developing IEDs and conducting sabotage against the other lands.
Additionally, while armed only with sidearms, the Jungle Cruise skippers could provide rear security. Plus the whole Jungle Cruise outfit seems to have the logistics train worked out pretty well and could help sustain the fight. I have no doubt that Trader Sam could scare up any additional arms and materiel required. And as you know, logistics wins wars.
Adventureland's disadvantage is the long border with Frontierland and Liberty Square, which presents a challenge, considering the arms available in Liberty Square and Fort Sam Clemens, as well as the explosives available from the mining operations at Big Thunder Mesa. I would expect the Frontierland forces to send the pirates to Liberty Square to sack and quickly neutralize it, while sealing off Frontierland at the bridge (the Robinsons could blow the bridge, and the artillery from el Castillo del Moro could repulse any counter-attacks). The infantry from the castillo would fan into the Hub as well as Main Street, and quickly subdue Tomorrowland and Fantasyland.
