My proposed Disney theme park resort sits on 1200 acres of land (or 1.8 square miles); approximately 4 times the size of Disneyland's property, but an insect compared to WDW's massive 43 square miles of land! This was intentionally built on a smaller scale than WDW, since I designed it from the standpoint as if it were built somewhere in the U.S.
As for location, has anyone ever thought about Hawaii? It's one of the top tourist destinations in the U.S. (and the world, for that matter), and is quite isolated from the other parks (Disneyland is the closest park to Honolulu, with Tokyo Disneyland a close second)
BTW, Disney is seriously considering building a park in Shanghai; only 550 miles from the Hong Kong park currently under construction, roughly the exact same distance from Orlando to Wilmington, NC. If Disney could possibly build 2 parks that close to each other, who knows what they might do next! Stranger things have happened!!!!!
Oh and BTW,
Happy Holidays! :xmas:
