The Muppets theater would go. It's a dated attraction based on characters that aren't Disney and that most people don't care much about anymore, proven by the fact that it's very sparsely attended. So it's toast. In its place, I'd put an attraction based on Disney Magic - a dark ride chronicling the most memorable movies created by Disney. It would be state-of-the-art and awesome, fitting for its subject matter.

Turn the Streets of America into Monstropolis.

Update the Great Movie Ride. Get rid of Tarzan and that cheapass Sorcerer's Apprentice scene. Upgrade the Wizard of Oz scene into something amazing.

AK:

FIX THE YETI!!!!

Get rid of that Hester/Chester junk.

Build Beastly Kingdomme.

Magic Kingdom:

Upgrade Mickey's Philharmagic.

Upgrade Peter Pan's Flight.

Build a Disney Villains attraction in the New Fantasyland

Epcot:

Bring Dreamfinder and Figment back to Journey into Imagination, and make the attraction amazing again.

Build a Beatles Yellow Submarine ride in Great Britain.

Put Ireland into World Showcase.

And that's it.

I'd restore Pirates of the Carribean back to it's pre-films, pre-complaints glory.

I'd bring back the old Space Mountain sound effects, they were much better.

I'd bring back the old voiceover on Tomorrowland Transit Authority, again it was much better.

I'd bring back the old Star Tours.

I'd get rid of Stitch and replace it with it's predecessor; Extra-terrorestrial Alien Encounter.

I'd fix all the failing effects, including the Yeti.

I'd make the queue for Soarin' a lot more interesting. I'm not sure how, but I wouldn't have people standing for 2 hours with nothing to look at.

1. Indiana Jones Watercoaster using the ducks from the movie (Someone mentioned this earlier, no idea where it would go in Adventureland...but maybe they could find room for entrance between Splash and Pirates...then have ride be backstage? Who knows, it would be awesome though!

3. Frontierland Expansion - Maybe add the "Western River expedition"...MK could use another water ride.

AK:
1. Fix the Yeti

1. Renew commitment to "little" things...no more bad show etc...if it's broke...it gets fixed. That is why people have always flocked to Disney over Uni, etc.
2. Monitor Next Gen...possibly tweak some things, I think there is potential...but not sure if it is going to work as it is rumored to sit. I like the idea in today's modern world...but not sure that it will work 100% as intended.

NEVER!!!! They're not Disney, never will be. That's like saying the flea is the dog. Same goes for all of the other unnecessary acquisitions like Star Wars. Fie on them all! I don't want Kermit anywhere near Mickey, and I don't want Princess Leia hanging out with Cinderella. Maclean's magazine has it right - all of these cast-off-brand purchases have diluted Disney and aided in its decline. What's to be happy about that?

As for your puppet pals, TDO is seriously considering closing their theater in DHS,according to some reports, and furthermore, that dead-as-a-doornail version in Disneyland, which now mostly serves as a venue to advertise Disney's latest movie/shows/whatever, probably WILL close. Why is that, if they're so dang-blanged popular? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH.

Remove the jack sparrow ride crap thing or whatever and add something good
Make pixar place bigger

Animal Kingdom:
Remove camp minnie-mickey and add beastely kingdom
make a bug's life not make you wet

EPCOT:

remove the waterfall thing in splash mountain incase of a ride breakdown

Merida meet 'n' greet, Mini golf for kids (Scotland invented golf), and will-o-the-wisp lighting at night. Single Malt Scotch brands fight over exclusivity rights to sell in park.
#2. New Body Wars ride presented by General Electric.
#3. Odyssey Building used for something.

1. Fix the Imagination Pavilion. This would involve a redo/restore Journey Into Imagination with upgrades, going back to the original length track, and you know, talking about imagination rather than the 5 senses junk. Would revamp the upper floor with a new Imageworks or something entirely new. And Captain EO would go the way of the dodo faster than you can say Michael Jackson. Would put in a new show maybe involving Mickey and the gang and use that theater to its fullest potential.

2. Clean up all the parks. Fresh coats of paint (and the old ugly layers removed). Replacing lightbulbs. Refurbing the rides that need refurbed... And I don't mean the crappy patch jobs. I mean the "lets remove these rotting pipes, redo the wiring, fix that damn Yeti" type of refurbing. This would also include redoing/remaking character costumes and putting some new (old) characters into the parks.

3. Add a land to DHS: Truthfully not sure if I want a greater Star Wars presence in the parks, but at this time, it's probably the best choice. The speeder bike coaster seems right up my alley at least. Everyone is on about the Mos Eisley Cantina, but if I had an unlimited budget, I'd do something much more fun like Jabba's palace. Would also add two family type rides, though would maybe make one themed to something other than Star Wars. (And I would so build the Death Star: http://now.msn.com/math-nerds-calculate-death-star-cost-at-dollar852-quadrillion)

In a very simplistic fashion:

1 - move COP to the WOL pavillion and re-open the pavillion with a "human potential" theme...if possible add TTA running through FW in and out of pavilions.

2 - Build originally planned for Mt Fuji roller coaster in Japan pavillion

3 - Get rid of riverboat and Tom Sawyer Island (unpopular with many I know but this is MY dream ) and expand Frontierland and Liberty Square into the space it occupies.
