Like a lot of other people who posted, I would hit up Pirates and Haunted Mansion several times and then just wander around to take lots of pictures.

I would spend the whole time in Frontierland.

Ride Splash, and Big Thunder Mountain...and Splash again.
and maybe hop over to Tom Sawyer's Island for a few minutes.
Shoot some stuff in the shooting gallery
and ride Splash...again.
