Although now, I could say Horizons, World of Motion or Imagination with Figment and Dreamfinder, the sad truth is that they had completely lost their draw before they were closed. I don't know why but, in its latter years all were walk on rides. No one was, including Disney, pushing to highlight them and to those of us that had been a gazillion times were bored with them. It all comes under the heading of "you don't know what you've got, til it's gone."

With the exception of Imagination, I'd be willing to bet that both other replacements, even the much maligned Mission Space, draws way more guests then the originals did toward the end. They died because of complacency on everyone's part. New people had heard from veterans that those rides were a bore and they didn't even try to see it. Wonders of Life had the same plight, but it sure was better then what has replaced it. (Nothing)

If I only had one choice I would choose World of Motion with 20K a close second.

I did enjoy Adventurers Club, but, it didn't take a scientist (you decide which field) to see that it's days were numbered. The few times I was there I kind of watched what was happening. Guests would buy a mixed drink or a Coke and nurse it throughout the entire show, which was quite long. Disney had a lot invested in that attraction, not only in design, but it required many CM's to operate it and "act" in it. It was an expensive attraction and they counted on beverage sales to make it a profitable thing. That didn't happen to the degree that was needed, so it came as no surprise when it was boarded up. :(

It's sad b/c everything I'd like to see come back or restored to its original state is at EPCOT. WoM, Horizons, original Imagination top the list. As much as I'd like to pick one- I know I can't. I recall being in there in 1998...riding Horizons and original Imagination for one last time, but still being horribly sad that WoM was already shut down to make way for Test Track. It was like the trifecta of EPCOT goodness. The original Living Seas w/Seabase Alpha is an honorable mention.

Can't pick Skyway in MK b/c the wait was always so frustrating as a kid...and 20K always felt like a cruel trick on a hot day. i.e. the water/setting always looked like it would be so refreshing for a nice swim, but you knew there would be no cool dip into the blue waters...just a sub slowly dripping cool water down your back. I still loved the attraction, but it felt like such a tease when you were baking in the sun. ;)

Alien Encounter. Only went on it once when I was too young really, shat myself crying the whole way through.

It stuck with me though and I imagine I'd think it was great now. Sadly it was closed the next time we went.

And Pirates of The Caribbean before the films.
