If all Disney parks closed, what 10 attractions would you save?

(Fake) News flash!

Michael Eisner and the brilliant Disney board have decided the Disney company needs to focus all its efforts on ABC:lol:. Therefore, Disney has decided to downsize all the Disney theme parks into one small theme park. All but ten attractions will be shut down. Those ten remaining attractions will be moved to one park. In addition, all Disney hotels will be closed except for one.

Eisner has asked you to select the ten current (or soon-opening) attractions that will be all that's remaining of Disney theme parks. He has also asked you to pick the one hotel to remain open. What ten attractions and what hotel would you pick? Use whatever criteria you desire.

My choices, in no particular order:

1)it's a small world
2)Splash Mountain
3)Haunted Mansion
4)Carousel of Progress
5)Tower of Terror
6)Kilamanjaro Safaris
7)Fantasmic
8)The Disneyland castle
9)Monorail to the resort
10)Pirates of the Carribean (Disneyland version)

Hotel: Contemporary. Not my favorite hotel, but definitely the most "Disney" and most unlike any hotel anywhere else.

2) IT'S A SMALL WORLD
3) JUNGLE CRUISE
4) PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN
5) COUNTRY BEAR JAMBOREE
6) HAUNTED MANSION
7) WALT DISNEY'S ENCHANTED TIKI ROOM
8) GREAT MOMENTS WITH MR. LINCOLN
9) SLEEPING BEAUTY CASTLE
10) THE AMERICAN ADVENTURE

These attractions (specifically the first 8) are the ones that Walt put his most direct influence in. These are the landmarks of Disney; these are its landmarks both as attractions and as messages. There needs to be a weenie, so I think Sleeping Beauty would be most necessary. But the top 8, I find absolutely necessary to be exisiting as attractions as long as the parks do. Heck, it's only 8 out of a 100 attraction capacity of the MK and Disneyland, so these treasures should exist anyways. Heck, some fit in EPCOT, Disneyland's 3rd Theme Park, and even the Animal Kingdom.

I mean, a thrill ride can be enjoyed. Even rebuilt. But an original Disney classic is forever. There's no reason to lose these landmarks and symbols that put Walt Disney World where it is today.

I hope to see these classics exist decades from today to share its gifts from generation to generation - as Disney has successfully done for the past years! :sohappy: :sohappy:

The hotel I would pick would be: the Polynesian
I like the whole atmosphere at the Polynesian and love to stay there
