Identify these Mystery Figures

My sister found these in a thrift store and we are trying to figure out what they are. I have no reason to believe they are Disney characters, just hoping someone here might recognize them.

As far as I know they don't.

They look so familiar! My 22 yr old doesn't recognize them and he watched Cartoon Network, and a lot of Nickelodeon back in the day.

Character on the right reminds me of a Ratchet and Clank creature. but nothing perfect or similar. Then.. cheap toys are well known to be deformed. Specially those chinese bootleg ones.

The left no idea. It looks like a monstrosity mixture of Mushu from Mu Lan and the game character Daxter from Jak and Daxter.

I swear I seen the one on the right somewhere. Could be also of an obscure European cartoon or movie character.
Because I remember seeing something very close to that as "fanart".
