Here are some less known ones,some you may not even know (some even never made it big time)
Deafy- a rejected name for one of the seven Dwarfs
Babkak, Omar and Kassim- Originally cast in the movie Aladdin as his best buds...(but they were cut, of course)
Mheetu- Orginally was Nalas' younger brother in the Lion King movie, but never made it to fruition
Meeko- The raccoon in Pocohontas
Roquefort- Mouse in Aristocats
Djali- Goat in Hunchback of Notre Dame
Yensid- The sorcerer from the "Sorcerers Apprentice" ...It has something very Disney about it... Look closely..
Dinky- The bird in Fox and the Hound
Akela- Jungle Book..
Dash- The Incredibles
Flick- A bugs life
Koda- Brother Bear
Gideon- Cat from Pinoccio
Jumba- Lilo and Stitch
Zazu- Lion King Tucan bird
