Ideas for a new Iconic Deluxe Hotel

A deluxe Haunted Mansion/Villains hotel. So many things you could do with that.

Overheard at a corporate meeting: "Hey Bob, if guests expect the hotel to look run-down, we can save on maintenance costs!"

"I like the cut of your jib, son. Now, show me where we can fit in 10 more gift shops, and I'll put you in charge of this project."

the hollywood tower of terror hotel. make the resort, rooms, etc themed from the twilight zone. no elevator drops, of course

Perhaps simply revamping some of the existing Deluxes for more thematic charm could work? Though I agree with HM hotel.

Yep it went from Hotels and Resorts to Imagineering. Can't argue with the decision, but the discussion probably won't be as lively here.

I kind of wonder how Disney would have executed Harry Potter. I'm a Disney fan, but I can't imagine they would have done it much better. I don't find much to critique in the Universal concept.
