My idea for a new hotel is the "Seven Seas Beach Resort". It would be nestled right between the Contemporary and TTC.
Name: The Seven Seas Beach Resort and the Palm Street District
Theme: Tropical harbors from across the world, unlike the Polynesian which is just about the Tropics.
Range: Deluxe
Amenities: There are at least two pools. Each pool will be on either side of the marina. However, they will both be as extensive as the Y&B Club, if not more. They will be huge, and beautifully themed. The water slide will be several hundred feet long, and it will literally be a water park. However, there will also be quiet pools and spas scattered around. There will also be cycling around the boardwalk. There is also a beach that goes around the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon, but swimming is not permitted, unless in designated areas. Shopping can be found in the Main Building, and some shops are found in the seperate buildings. Palm Street District has several shops. An extensively themed Video Arcade can be found at the Children's Club.
Palm Street District: Palm Street District is the equivalent of the BoardWalk, but like everything else in the Resort, better than the original. There are two halves, both of them on either side of the Marina, on the first first floor of the respective guest buildings.
Restaurants: There are several full-service and Signature restaurants, two of them in the Main Building and several more in the Palm Street District.
