i have been accepted into the ICP, and i have a few questions,

1. do we get to choose our own housemates?
2. is there a locker for everyone in the house for people to keep their valuable items?
3. is there wireless internet connection inside the houses?

1) Housemates were pre-allocated, so no choice, unfortunatel
2) Everyone has a locker - but it's on a provide-your-own-lock basis!
3) There's broadband internet access in every apartment; it's not wireless, but it's very easy to make wireless by bringing your own wireless router, which I highly recommend doing!

so basically the chance of me having the same house as my friends is 0?

Not zero, but based solely on luck

You can move into another apartment if someone in the other apartment leaves (which is not unlikely); however, you would have to pay a moving fee.

i see....
cuz my friends and i are planning to share stuff, like they will bring a router, i will bring the tv and etc.....so it would be quite inconvenient if we r not put in the same house
