IMG Worlds of Adventure in the UAE apparently is stumbling toward opening finally.

They must have some branch divisions in the company for this to happen. Even before the Marvel Buyout they had a mini indoor theme park in Niagra Falls. But, when the Buyout happened they removed the IP's and it's now simply called Adventure City..

I think the IMG project has been delayed for so long it may predate the buyout and that's how. Don't know if the Universal that was abandoned was going to have Marvel or not.

That IMG place is gonna have a whole Cartoon Network land...and no Steven Universe?

Also, I have to wonder why Thomas The Tank Engine and Pingu (I think) can be spotted at the top of that picture Razorduck posted...

IMG Worlds of Adventure predates Disney's acquisition of Marvel. Universal Studios Dubailand would not have included Marvel as it was after Marvel had given up the global rights to Marvel.
