I want to taste the foods of 11 countries at Epcot,but is it free with my base ticket?

My senior dad thought food was included when he learned how much a park ticket was!

And on another WDW visit, our then 8yo nephew, thought food and snacks were "free" every time we tapped our MB's after ordering!

Ahhh this just reminded me, my mom thought the same thing!!
My parents got an adjoining room with us at Sports in 2016 and after I gave them the total for room & tickets my mom was like, “Does that include food at the food court?”
After I told her sadly, no, she was like, “Not even breakfast?!?”
