Hi There!

Im new in this forum, my big dream is to be a Walt Disney Imagineer, Actually I'm an Architecture Student on UABC, Mexico.

I don't know what to do after I finish my career, I want to do a thematic design in all my work maybe I could study a Master Degree in Thematic Design but I don't know where I can study that...

Most of the people laugh when they know my dream, but I don't care... If anyone have any tips to help me in my next step to be an Imagineer, would greatly appreciate it

Thanks!

Hello.:) I think your dreams and aspirations are very cool.

I would suggest you move to California, specifically Southern California. It's a prime location for the field in which you want to go into, and the majority of imagineering takes place in Southern California, specifically Glendale, about a 15-20 minute drive from Los Angeles City. You definitely want to start there. Make sure you've got talent, start from the bottom and work your way up. You may want to get in contact with Eddie Sotto (Angeleno (Los Angeles native) and former Imagineer)) here on the site.

You could also keep looking at DisneyImaginations - they still have the 2012 dates up, but worth checking every so often for 2013. Basically a competition to get to work with Imagineers, etc.

They are very cool to work with...so much detail, but that's why we love the parks ;-)
