I want the WHOLE entrance theme of FW Epcot please!

Hi folks,

I was a CP back in 2002 and used to work at Future world North Epcot (strollers, leave a legacy, gift stop, etc.) and I used to hear that song they played every single day that drove me nuts and to the point that I could whistle every note of it.

Now that I'm gone, I have to say I miss that darn song so much!! Which brings me to my question: I remember when I was still in working there, I saw this CD with the entrance theme in it...something with '100 years' or something on it and now I can't find it!! I do want the CD but if I can find it online, that would help a bit. I've found parts of the song but from what I remember, it was a combination of a few songs all looped together.

I really hope you can help me with this. I went to a couple of sites some folks here previously suggested but I can't find the complete version of the whole entrance theme!

I never thought that a song I dreaded so much would later on make me want to listen to it so bad!! Damn this disney magic! Oh how I miss disney....*sigh*

Welcome to the boards!

Can you be more specfic - there are lots of entrance loops! I have the original 82 ones and one that uses part of Reflections of Earth... and thats just the tip of the iceberg!

Disney Central IRC has lots of these - if you are interested look in the Digital Media and Photos forum on this board, where you will find a few guides on how to connect.

When you go to the EPCOT home page on disneyworld.com
(than click Epcot) you can hear a part of the enterance song. I know it's the current one, beacause i went to EPCOT not long ago and that song was playing. I love that enterence song!!

I had that 100 Years of Magic (2 Disc Set) and I don’t recall it having an EPCOT entrance theme (but I could be mistaken). I would check it but it was in my car CD player when someone broke in and took it – grrrr.
I know that I have downloaded several versions of the entrance theme from file sharing sites all over the internet.

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about. I think the song you're reffering to is the Innoventions Plaza music. I really like that music. It brings back lots of memories. Digital Disney.com has it, but its really fuzzy and poor quality ( like everything there ) Or it could possibly be some enterance that sounds like string instruments playing very fast? Is that what it sounds like? This song is on the 100 Years of Magic CD. I think it might be sold here on this sight. I could be wrong though.

I have the CD that has EPCOT's entrance music on it:

I don't know if that's the song you're thinking of, but it's composed of what sounds like a very fast String Orchestra with Electric Guitar backup, on the deep chords, and some synthesizer thrown in.

Hi everyone!

Thanks for the help. I noticed that some of you are confused of what song/s I'm talking about. It's the song that's playing around Future world north (strollers, leave a legacy) and I guess it's a medley since it is a couple of songs looped together.

I did find ONE of the songs on the http://soundofmagic.com/ webpage and it was called "Epcot Entrance America Spread Your Golden Wings".

There were a couple of other songs with that, I do remember one of my co-workers telling me that one of the songs was from figment but I really don't know. Also, if that song I mentioned above is included in the CD that you guys recommened to me, I guess my search is over. It's kinda pricy but I guess that's what I get for not buying it when I was still in Florida!!

i have a much longer version of the entrance music to epcot. it is the very old version from the parks first years. i think its like 14 or more mins long. You heard it comming from the speakers near the entrances. I got it off imesh. I just recently bought off ebay a set of 45+ disneyland soundtracks from the rides and area music. It sounds pretty good, he said it was from the original recording. it even has the rocket rods on it.

I think Epcot main entrance used to have (probably still does) a different loop for morning and evening.

As I recall, the morning loop was more energetic. For example, one song started with a cymbal crash (and other instruments)... I think that was the old Universe of Energy preshow song "Energy, You Make the World Go Round". Then from Imag, the Magic Journeys Theme (original 3D movie, before Captain Eo, before HISTA). Yes, Golden Dream (A-A) was in there as well.

Listen To the Land was on one of the loops. All of them were really nice arrangements.

I used to not like it when the winter holidays came around, and they replaced the Future World music with cheezy holiday arrangments. Ok, accuse me of 'bah humbug' if you want to.

I know what you're talking about, being able to sing those things. After a while, you really didn't hear the music most of the time, but occasionally caught yourself singing along.
