I Want An Alice in Wonderland Dark Ride...

It's not quite what you're imagining, but there is an Alice dark ride in Disneyland.

I have to agree with Tom, we've got FOUR Walt-era dark rides (and two modern ones) in Disneyland, including Alice; they're almost identical over there, and y'know what?--If they're not Peter Pan, Pooh, on a boat, in the Studios, or overseas, dark rides are freakin' dull. If they were inherently exciting, you couldn't keep me out of the Epcot Imagination pavilion. ;)
(And yes, that goes for Little Mermaid, too, although I haven't gotten the chance yet.)

To someone on the east coast, an "Alice dark ride" sounds like the fanboy dream; to someone who's been to the west, we just remember the Pinocchio/Toad-like experience of going back...and forth...

I say demolish the meet and greet space for merida, get rid of the rinky cafe and put the dark ride right next to pooh! No doubt our fantasyland pales in comparison to disneyland and we could always use more dark rides in that area to soak up the crazy crowds. Plus it would be next to the tea cups so that would be perfect!

Just as long as they don't go anywhere near this ungodly version of a Train wreck I would be fine...

From what I have read about the recent refurb of the DL version of Alice as it's getting "enchancements" to the ride after OSHA went all over them they stated that they were getting a new Queen of Hearts AA for the ride...I'm going to assume it will be very similar to the Dwarfs style AA's.

And we could have had one had the FLE been planned properly.

WDW has the "blessing of size". How can Disneyland trump Orlando in the dark ride stakes?

It's weird that their slightly tied by 1 extra ride at DL..
Snow White Scary Adventures
Pinocchio's Daring Journey
Peter Pan's Flight
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
It's A Small World

Magic Kingdom
Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
Under The Sea: Journey of The Little Mermaid
Peter Pan's Flight
It's a Small World

Isn't it just? Especially when they also have Mermaid elsewhere and CarToon Spin just behind the berm too.

You forgot Disneylands Alice ride btw. So Anaheim's Fantasyland has 50% more. Add Orlandos Dwarf Coaster and you can add Disneylands Casey Jr and Storybook boats, widening the gap even more.

And so sometime this year the lists would read:

Snow White Scary Adventures
Pinocchio's Daring Journey
Peter Pan's Flight
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
It's A Small World
Alice in Wonderland
Casey Jr
StorybookLand Canal cruises

Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
Under The Sea: Journey of The Little Mermaid
Peter Pan's Flight
It's a Small World
Dwarf Coaster
add Philharmagic too if we're looking at attractions and not rides.
