Hmmm... Now time for homework...

My only restriction is $$$. The trip alone is almost a budget breaker, and there's not much extra to use. I might be able to come up with a little extra, but I'm sure they're all about making that sale. That's about the only reason I haven't called them yet.
They did not charge me anything. I just called and asked if there was any help they could offer. I had a great plan for a proposal at Haunted Mansion where the ring was in the ground but it required the help of a few CM's to pull it off. I called the resort and we planned it out. Upon arrival they notified me that there was some concrete work being done at HM and it was right in the area where the ring was. Within about ten minutes they had several alternate options that were awesome. It required several CM's to play along with the story. It all went down perfectly and they even took a bunch of photos. Only thing I paid for was the photos. It came out to about $30 for all of them. I would just give them a call if I were you. not once did they try and sell me anything. They were very eager to help. Call your resort (if your staying on property), that's what I did.

If your username is your real name and you have a photo as your avatar, your girlfriend may figure out the surprise before you're ready!! I'd suggest changing the name and photo just in case - and best of luck with your proposal!! :)
Done! She'd be clueless with this, she can't stand EDM.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll definitely check into that. We're staying on property, so I'll start there!

Nice work. Better to cover your tracks and have her be surprised than to find out by accident!

Best of luck with your proposal - I'm sure whatever you end up doing will be memorable and the beginning of a wonderful Disney-filled union!

I've changed proposal plans 3 or 4 times at this point, but the snow idea came up today at lunch.

Original plan (and still standing unless I can do something with the snow idea) is at MK the day we get there, Snow White's wishing well, cheesy lines from me, etc. etc., and I've got ADR's for Cali Grill that night.

Snow because she loves all things winter and Christmas, and thanks to some bugs in her ear, she thinks i'm waiting for it to snow here to propose. (That was my initial plan before I booked the WDW trip.)

I've seen the video of the Snowground at the Trading Post, about to look up the sing-along.

Is she loves CHristmas, there is a Christmas shop at the Magic Kingdom. There's a sleigh in front of the shop and it faces the castle. it could be a quieter section on the park & pretty romantic if you ask me.

I don't know if you can sit on the sleigh but I would inquire about it. Very romanitic if you ask me :inlove::inlove:

EHERMAHGHERD! You are awesome! I knew there was a Christmas shop, didn't know what it looked like. This might be the best idea yet, even if I don't find my snow!

And if you were getting there earlier, I'd let you know when to be there to watch! LoL

Thank you so much for that!

Be Our Guest has snow in the Main Hall. You won't be in it, but you could try and do lunch and request a table by the large window in the back where it snows. It may be possible.
