I need help ringing DisneyUK From Ireland

Hi all,
I need help.I'm trying to ring Disney Uk and the number on their web site is 0800 169 0731. I cannot ring this 0800 number from Ireland. I e-mailed Disney in the UK and they returned my e-mail with another number 0800 169 0731 even after I explained in the e-mail about the 0800 number that I was ringing from Ireland. I've tried 0044 instead of 0800 but it doesn't work.
Hopefully someone can get me the number.
