We were just there in May. I know what you're feeling. When we got back I started planning our 2006 trip, we will be taking our first cruise on the DCL, we will be doing the land/sea package in December 06. So I didn't think I would be going back (I usually do one trip with husband and daughter and then one with my sister or mom, but we all went in May) until then because it is expensive (we are going for the gusto on this one). Low and behold my wonderful husband gave me the ok to book my usual 2nd getaway with my sister...we leave in 68 days!!!

I remember when we arrived at POR July 1st... there was this long list of folks waiting to check OUT.... I had a huge grin on my face, thinking to myself, "sucks to be you!" as we waited to check IN.... sadly of course our 8 days there flew by so swiftly, and sure enough then WE stood in the check OUT line ourselves.

We have "fully paid for" non-expiring 10 day passes left over -- for next trip -- but no money to fly or stay in hotel :-(

I want to go back! :(

well think urselves lucky i wont be going back till im old enough to pay for myself..last time i went was xmas 2003 and i wont be going back simply because my mum cant afford it. :cry: its horrible nowing that

Our last trip was about 2 years ago and the next one probably won't be for another 4-5 years.


I come here to bask in the reflected glory of those of you who can go more often.

I miss it too, and so does my girlfriend, whos first trip was in January.

I miss it so much I'm already planning my honeymoon to WDW and DCL in May 2007 and we're not even engaged yet! :p

Boy do I know how you feel...

We went from July9-17th this year and I finally got to stay at the Grand Floridian for 4 days. I don't know why, but this time I seem to miss it more than ever. I think the more I go, the harder it is to come home. I'm home for a day, and I'm already planning my next trip. Oh, and a quick question, if anyone is reading this who works at The Grand Floridian, thanks for making it so MAGICAL...and does anyone know the name of the GREETER at the GF????:cry:
