The secret is in the frosting! Too thick,and you can't work with it; too thin, and the whole thing falls apart. I only made one...someone sent me a kit when my daughter was 3 months old....I still haven't forgiven that person (the one who sent me the kit...not my daughter!
) Then I had to store it for a few years, until the cat attacked it!
