just a note i know some other people in here will disagree but i like the fact celebration has some strict rules.everyone who moves there knows the rules upfront and has the choice not to move there.i think it was said best when after it was said that alot of freedoms are taken away at celebration and a resident who moved there said "freedom to do what???????" meaning is it so bad that ur neighbor has to keep his yard cut and attractive or he cant park his rusted ford pinto on cement blocks on the side of his house or paint his house orange and purple with beer cans all over the front lawn.after owning a home and paying 1,500 a month mortgage id be pretty mad if a person let their home become nasty and tacky and made my property value lower and in a place liek celebration u wont have that problem-anyway thats just my 2 cents worth
