That is a great salad! I also like the oak-grilled vegetable flatbread sandwich, which I normally end up giving half away (hence the lite meal.)A salad from Sunshine Seasons! I love the beet and goat cheese salad!

I'm surprised you can eat anything else after a beet and goat cheese salad....I'd have to drink a lot of beer to get that taste out of my mouth

beets...it's like liver...you either love them or wish that a freak vegetable virus will wipe out the entire crop

even it's own mother couldn't love that thing...
it's like you have a cold...and you reach for the NiQuil because it's the only non prescription cold medicine that will knock you out. But after you drink that horrid fluid, you wish you could fine the sucker who created it and make him drink the entire bottle while you taunt him and ask why he made it taste so bad...

Yea, that regular NyQuil is some bad tasting stuff. Maybe pickled NyQuil would taste better. I know it works for beets.
