1-attempt to contact their supervisor first (unless this CM had their ID out. If it was a blue ID, that means they are the supervisor). Try it though, you never know. If not, then call Disney Employee Relations. Just call 407-824-2222 and ask to speak to Employee relations. If they ask why, DON'T TELL THE OPERATOR ANYTHING, nada, until they transfer you to an Employee Relations rep.
