How to Use CM/CP Discount

Does anyone know how to utilize the College Program discount on hotel rooms, hard ticket events, and water park tickets? My friend is working in the College Program right now, and he never got any information about utilizing the discount, and can't seem to get a concrete answer from coworkers. Any information would be appreciated.

For Hotel Rooms, there is a link on the Disney Diffrence tab on the My Disney Team Hub (Will always be the portal for me), from there it brings you to the resort planning site, we all know and love, but the diffrence is all rates are CM discounted.

Hard Ticketed event tickets may be purchased at any of the Company D locations, I beleive there is one at every park. MK is in Disney U, Epcots and Studios is in their respective Cast Services building. Not too sure where AK's is. Company D also has dicounted Movie Ticket Passes to AMC PI 24.

Water Park tickets maybe bought at the Vacation Planning booths at both Water Parks, the CM ID must be presented at time of purchase and must be used on that day.

Next question; actually two questions.

I'd really like the Imaginary Friends WDCC sculpture, but I don't think the $199 price tag fits my budget. Are WDCC items illegible for the CM discount (I know they seem to never be included in DisneyShopping discounts...)?

If so, does anyone know if this item will still be available during the Holiday season, when the 40% discount is offered?
