How to stop all emails about replies?

I want all emails to me for replies to watched threads to stop because they are filling up my inbox and it is annoying because i can just check this site please help

Click on your user name in the upperish right corner, then click on your profile. Click on watched threads and scroll to the bottom of that list. Click on the box in front of all the threads you watch, then go to the bottom of the page. You'll see a white box that says "With selected...". click on that then click "disable email notification".
