Sorry, that wouldnt stop me from making my way into the space. Surprised those CM's would allow the multiple tripping hazards to remain any length of time. What was the result of the CM's interaction with those seated there?

I try to watch the parades and fireworks towards the end of my vacation. Two weeks in Florida without a shower means I have plenty free space

It would probably work because in this country today they could probably reserve the whole street with a few flags and everyone would be afraid to correct it.
